I have been so honored to contribute to this amazing magazine over the last 6 years. Truly a valuable resource locally, and a standout in the many regional Edible magazines out there. They needed a special cover for the 6th anniversary celebration issue. The Editor had seen my new series “Pop Icons“,  Since it was the summer issue we decided to go for a popsicle instead of a lollipop, and the results were awesome.
Thanks to my dedicated and amazing Food Stylist for making such a perfect frozen six…cantaloupe flavored too!!!! She really is the best!!!
